LogSense operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed. This policy applies to all subscription plans including Starter and Professional tiers. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated payments for partial subscription periods, downgrade requests, or cancellations.
As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, we provide immediate access to our AI-powered log analysis features upon subscription. Once you use our service, resources are consumed, including LLM API costs, infrastructure expenses, and data processing. To ensure you're completely satisfied before committing, we offer a generous 7-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required.
All new LogSense accounts include a 7-day free trial with complete access to our AI-powered log analysis features. No credit card is required to start your trial. This trial period allows you to fully evaluate our platform, test integrations with your AWS CloudWatch data, and determine if LogSense meets your needs before any payment is required. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to LogSense until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again. However, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your current billing period.
While we maintain a no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, or if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at support@logsense.org. We will investigate each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@logsense.org. We will investigate the matter promptly and correct any legitimate billing errors. You may also dispute charges directly with your credit card provider or bank.
In the event of extended service outages or disruptions caused by issues within our control, we may provide service credits or extend your subscription period at our discretion. We will not provide refunds for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including AWS outages, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
If you have questions about this refund policy, billing concerns, or need assistance with your subscription, please contact us at support@logsense.org. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
